You will be responsible for the following tasks:

Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings including set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports
Coordinate logistics aspects
Attend meetings in order to record minutes
Compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

Profil

Qualifications/required skills:

Computer literate (office, word, PowerPoint, excel, SAP).
Significant experience in similar position
Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
Ability to communicate effectively
Fluent in English, French (German is an asset)
Be positive oriented and have an energic attitude.
