Sub-Contracting Order Manager

Job description

Daily follow-up and monitoring of sub-contracting orders (sealing, coating, welding, etc.)
Planification of subcontractors capacities in order to get sub-contracted material out in time
Follow-up of delivery of material coming from the mills, of stock situation, of transport situation (in and outbound)
Find solutions in case of problems during the sub-contracting project
Participation at the inventory activities
SAP follow-up of driving-caps
Administrative follow-up of claims
Communication with mills to gather material in time on right place
Follow-up of scrap stocks
Contact with sales and planification department
Participation on solution finding when problems occur technical, logistical or organisational) together with other stakeholders

Contract: 6 months

Profil

SAP knowledge to follow-up orders and stocks
Ability to read and understand technical sketches coming from technical department
Good communication skills
French, English, German (if possible)
Able to work independently
Team spirit
Able to find solutions and check for possible alternatives, able to analyse critical situation and be proactive to avoid future problems
Knowledge of Access
