We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner (M/F/X) for a company located in Steinfort.
Purpose of the job : Supporting the overall financial management of the respective commercial units within the framework and in the interests of the group's financial organization
Essential responsibilities & main tasks :
- Support the Head of Finance Business Partnering in all financial issues of the Commercial Unit WEUR with the aim of always making the best possible contribution to our business development while meeting all local financial requirements. This includes all control-relevant tasks (e.g. reporting, planning, forecasting, scenario calculations, calculations, etc.)
- Support the Head of Finance Business Partnering and support the Commercial Units in all financial matters, preparation of decisions from a business perspective, advice and decision-making in the best interests of the entire company.
- Identify business/financial problems and other critical issues in an independent, constructive manner and propose or implement solutions within his own responsibility and follow up on them

Promote process and system improvements within your own responsibility to continuously increase efficiency

Support in group-wide financial projects

Collaboration with external business partners, in particular audits and consulti
- Close cooperation and interaction with Finance Pooled Services, FP&A, and Finance & Taxation
- This includes in particular (to be determined region-specifically): activities for report analysis, creation of documents for decision preparation, opportunity/risk assessments, development of planning files, SLA definition with Finance Pooled Serviced in the development phase, etc.
- Collaborate closely with local sales and marketing teams, acting as a trusted sparring partner offering financial analysis and recommendations.
- Monitoring financial performance of the BU and identifying deviations vs plan/FC
- Drive gross margin improvement by supporting pricing strategies, portfolio optimization and promotion efficiency.
Offer :
- Salary range : 50-60k
Profil
- Training : University degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling
- Experience : Relevant professional experience in finance, ideally in the FMCG industry
- In-depth knowledge of economics, finance, analysis and planning good business sense
- Relevant knowledge of the local language, fluent English language skills
- Methological competence : “Can-Do” mentality and ability to think E2E
- Digital skills : Experience in SAP S4 HANA, Experience with BI tools, Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
