We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (M/W/X) for one of our clients in Bissen.

Responsibilities :

• Manual posting of supplier invoices, debit notes and other similar documents
• Being contact point with external and internal stakeholders
• Coordinating with other team members about accrual, deferred expense and other closing activities
• Supporting the Accounting Team Lead in the month-/year-end closing process
• Managing supplier claim issue, including documentation and booking
• Supporting reporting process with different departments
• Corporate credit card management
• Archiving physical and digital supplier documents

Offer :

• Temporary contract
• Duration: 6 months
• Salary negotiable based on experience

• Academic degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar – this line I took from the other JD
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of LUX GAAP (IFRS is an asset)
• Knowledge of different tax and reporting rules (VAT, Statec, etc.)
• Good knowledge of SAP/R3 (FI and other modules) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
• Creativity, team spirit and pro-active
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German / French will be considered an asset
